In pursuance of this Management Policy, the management defines the following main objectives for information security management:
- Ensuring confidentiality, integrity and full access to all physical and electronic information assets, both for the Company and for the customers and stakeholders, provided to CYMDEX in the process of fulfilling contractual obligations by implementing and maintaining adequate organizational and technical measures for their protection based on risk analysis;
- Periodic review and update of IP protection measures after objective and competent systematic evaluation and reassessment of their effectiveness;
- Identification of new threats to information assets and timely implementation of adequate protection mechanisms and controls;
- Planning and undertaking appropriate actions to ensure the continuity of the Company's activities by maintaining and testing current action plans in the event of emergencies;
- Carrying out adequate verification and investigation of the established and suspected breaches in the security of the company's information. The scope of this Policy includes information owned by the company and its customers in any form or form, in paper, digital, video or audio carrier; the company's information systems that process and store data, communication systems that transmit data and all services provided by CYMDEX. The management of CYMDEX wants to prove its ability to develop, transmit, deliver and improve services, for which it sets main goals for IT services management;
